Pete Mace's love of real estate grew from his father. His father was one of the original developers of Seven Lakes in the early 1970's. Which is when his family started to build their heart pine vacation cabin on Lake Sequoia just 30 minutes away from Pete's hometown of Sanford, NC. Pete started his real estate business Full time and from 1994-to current he has been involved with Developing Real Estate, Residential and Commercial, Construction and Marketing. Meet Pete Pete Mace is now focusing on his jewel, Grande Pines. Loving his Real Estate Career, however; Pete and Joanne are also involved with their family of two children. Justin is 14 and Sterling is 7. Pete and Joanne are very active parents and participate in their children's activities every moment they can.
